We want your Wilson Bird order to reach you safely and without unnecessary delays. Our orders are delivered through Fastex across Pakistan.

Delivery partner

Wilson Bird uses Fastex for order delivery. Once your parcel is dispatched, the available tracking information will be shared with you.

Delivery time

Delivery time can vary depending on your city, order volume, public holidays, and courier operations. Estimated delivery information will be communicated with your order.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before you submit your order.

Order tracking

After dispatch, you may receive tracking details for your parcel. Tracking updates are managed by the courier once the shipment has entered the Fastex network.

Delivery attempts

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may contact you or arrange another attempt.

Changing your address

If you need to change your delivery address, contact Wilson Bird as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
